Pascal Balducci
Pascal Balducci is a coach, writer and researcher. He works for the magazines Trails Endurance-mag and V02 Run as well as for the website Lepape-info. He trains coaches for the French Athletics Federation and the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes League. Passionate about trail running, he defended his thesis in 2017 on the place of energy cost among the performance factors in mountain running. With the nutritionist Anthony Berthou, he wrote in three parts « Les petits guides du trail running » at Outdoor Editions, and has participated in various books dealing with running. Within the LIBM, he pursues research on the flat-climb differences from an energy and muscular point of view, in order to better understand the specificities of mountain running. |
